Ordering & payment

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do now?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Contact us and we will look for your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please send a message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can often adjust or cancel it.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
What is the delivery time?
The current delivery time is shown with the product. In most cases we deliver within 1-2 working days (NL).
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is registered with PostNL, you will receive a track & trace link by e-mail.
My parcel is delayed or missing
Get in touch and we'll investigate this immediately and resolve it with you.

Return

Do I have to pay return costs?
No. Returns are free with us.
How do I request a return?
Send us a message with your order number via WhatsApp or email. You will receive a return label digitally.
How do I receive my return label?
You will receive the return label via WhatsApp or e-mail. At a PostNL point, they can scan and print the label from your phone.
Can I return without a return label?
No, a return label is required so that your return is processed correctly and free of charge.
When will I get my money back?
No later than 14 days after we have received your return, or once you have proved that you have returned it.
I have received an incorrect or faulty product. What should I do now?
Contact us directly. We will send a return label free of charge and provide a quick solution.

Warranty

How does warranty work?
You have the right to a sound product. In case of a manufacturing or material defect, we will help you with repair, replacement or a suitable solution.
Is wear and tear covered by warranty?
Normal wear and tear (e.g. wheels, brake pads, bearings, grip) is usually not covered by warranty. In case of a genuine product fault, of course, it is.
