What is covered under warranty?

Manufacturing or material defects under normal use. A product that arrives defective or does not match your order.

What is usually not covered by warranty?

Normal wear and tear (wheels, brake pads, bearings, grip, straps). Damage due to misuse, falls or inadequate maintenance. Self-performed repairs or adjustments.

How do you report warranty?

Send your order number and a brief description of the problem via WhatsApp or email.
Include clear photos (overview + close-up). Video is also allowed if that helps.
We will assess your report and let you know the quickest solution.
