What is covered under warranty?

Manufacturing or material defects under normal use. A product that arrives defective or does not match your order.

Normal wear and tear (wheels, brake pads, bearings, grip, straps). Damage due to misuse, falls or inadequate maintenance. Self-performed repairs or adjustments.

How do you report warranty?

  1. Send your order number and a brief description of the problem via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Include clear photos (overview + close-up). Video is also allowed if that helps.
  3. We will assess your report and let you know the quickest solution.
