At ShopFromHugo.com we do everything possible to satisfy you with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return your product via our Return portal.
Return conditions
- Return period: You have 30 days after receipt to return a product.
- State of the product: You may take the product out of its packaging and try it on or look at it as you would in a shop. If it's not quite what you were looking for, no problem, returns are possible. We ask you to return the product, if reasonably possible, complete and in its original condition.
Should the product not be good or not work as expected, returning it is of course no problem. - Return costs:
- You pay €2 return contribution.
- If we have made a mistake or the product is defective, the return costs will be fully borne by us.
Refund
Once we have processed your return, we will refund the full purchase price excluding the €2 return contribution (unless it was a mistake on our part).
Report returns via the Returns Portal
Returns are processed through our Return portal. Here you can easily create your own return label and arrange the return shipment.
How does it work?
- Go to the returns portal: Return portal WinkelvanHugo.nl
- Enter your order details and return reason.
- Download the return label and stick it on the parcel.
- Take the parcel to a shipping point.
- After receiving and processing the return, we will refund you the purchase price - the return contribution.
You can easily track the return status via the returns portal.

Have you received a faulty or wrong product? If so, please direct contact us.

Do I always have to pay the return fee?
No. The €2 return contribution is a fixed charge to reduce unnecessary returns and be sustainable. If we have made a mistake or the product is defective, you do not pay this fee.
What if my product is faulty?
Contact us, and we will provide a free return label and a suitable solution.
When will I get my money back?
Inside 14 days After processing the return, we will refund the purchase price and the return costs (minus the €2 contribution, if applicable).
Can I return without the returns portal?
No, all returns should be made via the Return portal to be notified.
What if I don't have a printer for the return label?
At many shipping points, you can have the return label scan from your phone and have it printed there.
