At WinkelvanHugo.nl we do everything we can to make you happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? No problem. You can easily return your product - hassle-free and free of charge.

Return conditions

• 30-day cooling-off period: You have up to 30 days from receipt to return your order.
• Product viewing as in a shop: You may take the product out of its packaging and try it on or look at it.
• Original condition: Please return the item complete and undamaged if possible.
• Faulty or wrong product? If so, we will of course solve this for you free of charge.

How do returns work?

You simply request a return via WhatsApp or email. We will send you a return label via WhatsApp or email. At a PostNL point, they can scan and print this label directly from your phone - so you don't have to print anything yourself.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full purchase price. You will receive the refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay.
